Can I return the goods without giving a reason?

If your order was made electronically (i.e., via the e-shop or e-mail), you have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement within 14 from the day following the delivery of the goods, and you can do so without giving a reason. You’ll find more detailed information and exact instructions on how to proceed in Article VI of our Terms and Conditions.
