How long does the returns process take?

Even though the law states that returns must be processed within 30 days, at Moser, we manage most returns much sooner – typically within 1 to 2 weeks. Our customer service will continuously inform you of any developments as they happen. If possible, the same person will remain in contact with you from the very start to the end of the returns process.
