Must the goods be returned in their original packaging?

Every one of our vases and drinkware sets is placed in a package made specifically for it. The well-designed packages protect the products even during transport. For safety reasons, it’s best to return the goods in their original packaging. However, if the packaging is damaged or you no longer have it, try to protect the goods as best you can, so that they don’t become damaged during transport.
