What should I do if my discount code isn’t working?

If the discount code can’t be applied, first check its expiration date. The standard expiration date is 365 days after it was purchased. Next, check whether you selected the same currency (CZK/EUR/USD/GBP) as the gift voucher on the website. The currency can be changed using the button in the top left-hand corner of the screen on desktop computers; for mobile devices and tablets, you can change the currency by selecting the drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner. If none of these steps resolve the issue, we ask that you please contact our customer service. Our colleagues would be happy to look into it for you.
