How long do Moser products take to deliver?

We can ship the items we have in storage within 1 to 3 days after they’re ordered. If the selected product is only available in some of our flagship stores in the Czech Republic, the delivery period may be slightly extended by the time it takes to transport the item to our central warehouse in Karlovy Vary. In such cases, we’ll ship the products in no later than 5 to 7 working days. And, of course, one of our customer service employees will inform you of this status the moment your order is received.

The delivery time is displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you choose your target country. For the Czech Republic and other European countries, this is typically within 2 working days; for more distant locations, deliveries usually take up to 5 working days.
