What are the delivery options and how much does delivery cost?

The companies DHL and DPD transport our goods. They’ve proven to deliver our vases, drinkware sets, and other crystal works reliably. DHL is active in nearly all countries, and we then use DPD for select European countries. The delivery options appear when choosing the target country in the shopping cart; the system automatically calculates the delivery costs. Our clients receive free delivery on orders that are outside the Czech Republic and over 1000 USD (resp. 1000 EUR/870 GBP/25,000 CZK). Within the Czech Republic, free delivery is granted for shipments priced at 8000 CZK, incl. VAT, or more.
